עמותת משעוליםMisholim Association

עמותת משעולים הוקמה בשנת 2009 במטרה לתמוך ולקדם אוכלוסייה רב-גילאית בעלת צרכים מיוחדים – ובהם נפגעי ראש, גוף ונפש וקבוצות בסיכון. לאור הניסיון המקצועי שנצבר והצורך הגובר בשטח כמענה לנפגעי המלחמה, מקימה "משעולים" רשת חוות טיפוליות ברחבי הארץ, תוך שהיא מלווה, מייעצת ותומכת בהקמת מרחבים נוספים.

Misholim Association was founded in 2009 to support and advance a multi-age population with special needs — including those with head, body, and mental injuries, and at-risk groups. Drawing on years of professional experience and the growing need for post-war rehabilitation, Misholim is establishing a network of therapeutic farms across Israel, while advising and supporting the creation of additional spaces.

העשייה שלנו מתמקדת ביצירת חוויות מעצימות ובמתן ליווי מקצועי המותאם אישית לצרכי המטופלים, תוך שימת דגש על אוכלוסיות מעוטות יכולת. כל זאת מתאפשר הודות לצוות מסור ואיכותי של מתנדבים ואנשי מקצוע המלווים את עבודת העמותה בנאמנות ובמסירות.

The association operates at the Tlamim Center in Kibbutz Magal, running a space that enables immersion in a natural, nurturing environment with animals. The core activity is dedicated to treating trauma and post-trauma, accompanied by academic and professional guidance from Tel Aviv University, the "Metiv" organization specializing in this field, and Herzog Hospital.

Our work focuses on creating empowering experiences and providing personalized professional guidance tailored to patients' needs, with emphasis on underserved populations. All of this is made possible by a dedicated, quality team of volunteers and professionals who support the association's work with loyalty and devotion.

החווהThe Farm

מרכז תלמיםTlamim Center

המרכז פועל למעלה משלושה עשורים, על שטח נרחב של כ-18 דונם, בין שדות קיבוץ מגל ומטעיו. עמותת משעולים מקיימת פעילויות בהובלת צוות מדריכים ומטפלים מוסמכים, מקצועיים ומנוסים, יחד עם עובדת סוציאלית ובסיוע מתנדבים רבים. המרכז מונגש במלואו, מקורה ומצויד בכל המתקנים והשירותים הנדרשים לפעילויות החווה. בשטח החווה פעילויות טיפוליות מגוונות — אורווה, כלבייה, חממה וגינון, מרכז חיות בר ומשק, מרפאות סוסים ווטרינרית ו"מכללת משעולים".

The center has been operating for over three decades, on an expansive 18-dunam area, between the fields and orchards of Kibbutz Magal. Misholim Association conducts activities led by a team of certified, professional, and experienced instructors and therapists, together with a social worker and many volunteers. The center is fully accessible, covered, and equipped with all facilities required for farm activities. The farm grounds include diverse therapeutic activities — stables, a kennel, a greenhouse and garden, a wildlife and farm animal center, equine and veterinary clinics, and "Misholim College."

רכיבה טיפולית

Therapeutic Riding

במרכז פועל בית ספר לרכיבה ואימון סוסים. אל בית הספר מגיעים ילדים, בני נוער ומבוגרים לפעילויות פרטניות וקבוצתיות. הפעילויות מתקיימות במגרשי רכיבה מקורים וחיצוניים, במתקנים ובציוד מגוון, עם סוסים המותאמים לאופי הפעילויות השונות.

The center operates a school for horse riding and training. Children, youth, and adults come to the school for individual and group activities. Activities take place in covered and outdoor riding arenas, with diverse facilities and equipment, and horses suited to each activity type.

מרכז "דרך הכלב"

"Through the Dog" Center

המרכז מקיים פעילויות טיפוליות כמו חוגי אימון ואילוף ובית גידול לכלבי לברדור וג'ק ראסל, למטרת אילוף ככלבי שירות המלווים משפחות פוסט טראומטית ופצועי צה"ל.

The center conducts therapeutic activities including training and coaching clubs, and breeds Labrador and Jack Russell dogs for service dog training, accompanying post-traumatic families and IDF wounded soldiers.

מרכז "עופר" חיות בר ומשק

"Ofer" Wildlife and Farm Animals Center

עמותת משעולים מקיימת את פעילותה בעזרת בעלי החיים השונים והייחודיים המורגלים למגע אדם במרכז "עופר". המרכז נקרא על שם עופר מזרחי ז"ל, שנהרג בשנת 2011 ברעידת אדמה בניו זילנד, עופר היה ילד חיות וטבע אשר גדל בשטחי החווה והיה בן משק בקיבוץ מגל.

Misholim Association conducts its activities with the diverse and unique animals accustomed to human contact at the "Ofer" center. The center is named after Ofer Mizrachi z"l, who was killed in 2011 in an earthquake in New Zealand. Ofer was a nature and animal lover who grew up on the farm grounds and was a member of Kibbutz Magal.

גינון וחממה

Garden & Greenhouse

פעילות זו אחראית על שיפור הנראות של כלל החווה ועל אספקת שתילים ליישובי העוטף והצפון שנפגעו בשנים האחרונות וגם למשפחות שכולות במסגרת פרויקט "להצמיח אור".

This activity is responsible for improving the appearance of the entire farm and supplying seedlings to Gaza-border and northern communities affected in recent years, as well as to bereaved families as part of the "Growing Light" project.

מכללת משעולים

Misholim College

הוקמה בשנת 2026 להכשרת פצועי צה"ל (PTSD) להדרכת רכיבה טיפולית וכלבנות טיפולית, במטרה להפוך ממטופל למטפל. המכללה עובדת בשיתוף פעולה עם בית חולים 'הרצוג' ועם מטיב — המרכז הישראלי לטיפול בפסיכו-טראומה, לטיפול מתקדם בפוסט טראומה, ועם אוניברסיטת תל אביב למטרות מחקר של נושא זה.

Founded in 2026 to train IDF wounded soldiers (PTSD) as therapeutic riding and therapeutic dog handling instructors, with the goal of transforming patients into caregivers. The college works in partnership with Herzog Hospital and Metiv — The Israel Psychotrauma Center for advanced post-trauma treatment, and with Tel Aviv University for research purposes.

תוכנית 01Program 01

פעילות טיפוליתTherapeutic Activity

פעילות טיפולית לפרקי זמן משתנים, בתחום טיפולי אחד או יותר בשילוב בעלי חיים שונים, לילדים, בני נוער ולמבוגרים. הפעילויות השונות מחזקות את הביטחון העצמי, התקשורת עם הסביבה ויכולות המוטוריקה. תוכנית זו מיועדת למטופלים המגיעים ממעונות שונים, בעלי מוגבלות שכלית והתפתחותית ובעיות חברתיות.

Therapeutic activity for varying periods, in one or more therapeutic areas with different animals, for children, youth, and adults. The various activities strengthen self-confidence, communication with the environment, and motor skills. This program is designed for patients from various residential facilities with intellectual, developmental disabilities, and social issues.

תוכנית 02Program 02

מנהיגות דרך הטבעLeadership Through Nature

התוכנית מיועדת לנוער בסיכון המגיעים ממוסדות חינוך מיוחד, פנימיות ועוד. תוכנית זו מקנה מיומנויות חיים, קישורים חברתיים וקישורי עבודה, לשם הכשרת הנערים. במסגרת התוכנית, מוקנים תכנים מעשיים מעולם בעלי החיים (תזונה, טיפול ואנטומיה). רציונל התוכנית נעוץ בחיזוק תהליכים חינוכיים ולימודיים אותם עוברים הנערים וביכולתם לחנוך את הדור הצעיר של התוכנית. מערכת היחסים הנרקמת בין הנערים לבעלי החיים בפעילות עימם מביאה לפריצת דרך ולשיפור מרחיק לכת באיכות חייו של הנער ויוצרת מרחב חדש להתפתחות אישית.

This program is designed for at-risk youth from special education institutions, boarding schools, and more. It imparts life skills, social connections, and work connections to prepare the youth. The program provides practical content from the animal world (nutrition, care, and anatomy). The rationale lies in strengthening educational processes the youth undergo and their ability to mentor the program's younger generation. The relationship formed between youth and animals leads to breakthrough improvements in quality of life and creates new space for personal development.

פעילות לילדי הדרום והצפוןActivities for Children of the South & North

מתחילת מלחמת חרבות ברזל עמותת משעולים פתחה את שעריה מאז תחילת מלחמת חרבות ברזל ב7.10.2023, העמותה מזמינה את תושבי העוטף ומשפחותיהן להגיע לפעילות חווייתית ומעצימה עם חיות. פעילות העמותה הינה בהתנדבות מלאה, ומטרתה לאפשר למפונים בית נוסף לכמה שעות.

Since the start of the Iron Swords War on October 7, 2023, Misholim Association has opened its gates, inviting Gaza-border residents and their families to come for experiential and empowering activities with animals. The association's activity is entirely voluntary, aiming to provide evacuees a second home for a few hours.

תוכנית פוסט טראומה למשרד הביטחוןPost-Trauma Program for Ministry of Defense

מטרת התוכנית היא החזרת תחושת השליטה אשר נאבדת בחוויות שונות אשר מאופיינת כ-PTSD המלוות בין היתר עם חוסר ויסות רגשי והתקפי חרדה. לימוד וחקירת עולם בעלי החיים דרך חוויה חיובית מקנה כלים לעיבוד מצבים אלו.

The program aims to restore a sense of control lost in various experiences characterized as PTSD, accompanied by emotional dysregulation and anxiety attacks. Learning and exploring the animal world through positive experiences provides tools for processing these situations.

כחלק מתוכנית זו, מתקיימת תוכנית הורה וילד של משרד הביטחון לחיזוק הקשר בין ההורה הפצוע לילדו. העבודה עם בעלי החיים מאפשרת טיפול עמוק בפציעה ה"שקופה" — PTSD ותורמת לתהליך ההתמודדות של ההורה.

As part of this program, a parent-child program of the Ministry of Defense is held to strengthen the bond between the wounded parent and their child. Working with animals enables deep treatment of the "invisible" injury — PTSD and contributes to the parent's coping process.

יד לבניםYad L'Banim

מטרת התוכנית לייצר מפגש חברתי של משפחות שכולות דרך פעילויות שונות בחווה, ובכך לייצר עבורן הפוגה מהיומיום.

The program aims to create social gatherings for bereaved families through various farm activities, providing them with a respite from daily life.

תוכנית 06Program 06

שירות לאומי במסלול מיוחדNational Service — Special Track

אל תוכנית זו מגיעים על בסיס יומי נערים ונערות בני 18, דרך עמותות משלחות כמו "בת עמי", "עמינדב", "שלומית" ועוד אל החווה, במטרה לרכוש כישורי חיים וכישורי עבודה דרך העבודה בחווה והטיפול בחיות.

This program welcomes 18-year-old young men and women on a daily basis, through sending organizations such as "Bat Ami," "Aminadav," "Shlomit" and more, to acquire life skills and work skills through working on the farm and caring for animals.

תוכנית 07Program 07

מרכז תעסוקה יומיDaily Employment Center

תוכנית זו נועדה עבור בוגרים בני 21 ומעלה הנשלחים על ידי משרד הרווחה דרך ארגונים כמו "שכולו טוב", במטרה להכשיר את הבוגרים לעולם העבודה. התוכנית מתאפיינת בכך שאינה מוגבלת בזמן וכך כל משתתף עובר תהליך אישי לקראת עצמאות תעסוקתית.

This program is designed for adults aged 21 and over, sent by the Ministry of Welfare through organizations such as "Shekulo Tov," to prepare them for the workforce. The program is characterized by being unlimited in time, so each participant undergoes a personal process toward vocational independence.

תוכנית 08Program 08

שער מנשהSha'ar Menashe

תוכנית זו פועלת אחת לשבוע וכוללת בוגרים מהמחלקות השונות של בית החולים — שער מנשה. המשתתפים עוברים פעילויות משמעותיות ברכישת ידע על עולם בעלי החיים דרך העבודה עם הכלבים, הסוסים ובחממה, כשעבור חלק מהם זו היציאה היחידה מחוץ לבית החולים. כלל הפעילויות כוללות מסרים ערכיים כמו עזרה הדדית, התחשבות בשונה ובאחר ומלווה על ידי מדריכים מוסמכים.

This program operates weekly and includes adults from various departments of Sha'ar Menashe Hospital. Participants engage in meaningful activities learning about the animal world through working with dogs, horses, and in the greenhouse, with this being the only outing outside the hospital for some of them. All activities include values such as mutual help and consideration for others, accompanied by certified instructors.

מתנדבים בחווהFarm Volunteers

עמותת משעולים פותחת את שערי החווה ומאפשרת לקבוצות מתנדבים מגוונות כמו עמותות, מכינות וחיילים להגיע ולהיות שותפים לעשייה היומיומית. קבוצות אלו לוקחות חלק בטיפול בבעלי החיים, גינון, תחזוקת החווה ופעילויות עם האוכלוסיות השונות המטופלות במקום מתוך מקום ערכי ורצון לתרום לאחר.

Misholim Association opens the farm's gates and enables diverse volunteer groups such as organizations, pre-army academies, and soldiers to come and participate in daily operations. These groups take part in animal care, gardening, farm maintenance, and activities with the various populations treated on site, from a place of values and desire to contribute.

הקמת חוות טיפוליות ברחבי הארץEstablishing Therapeutic Farms Across Israel

לאור הצפי לגדילה משמעותית בנפגעי המלחמות והמודעות הגוברת לטיפול בעזרת בעלי חיים כפעילות עוצמתית, המניבה תוצאות בעולמות השיקום, הגענו להבנה כי קיים צורך דחוף בפריסה ארצית של חוות המבוססות על טיפול בעזרת בעלי חיים. מדריכי החוות והמטפלים ירכשו את הכשרתם במכללת משעולים. כאשר חוות אלו יקלטו פצועי צה"ל, משפחות שכולות ומטופלי משרד הביטחון, הרווחה ומשרד הבריאות.

Given the expected significant growth in war casualties and growing awareness of animal-assisted therapy as a powerful activity yielding results in rehabilitation, we have come to understand the urgent need for a national deployment of farms based on animal-assisted therapy. Farm instructors and therapists will receive their training at Misholim College. These farms will serve IDF wounded, bereaved families, and patients of the Ministry of Defense, Welfare, and Health.

פעילותה של חוות תלמים מתקיימת וצומחת במידה רבה בזכות עבודתם המסורה והמקצועית של בני ובנות השירות מתנועת הקיבוצים. הש"שנים המגיעים אלינו הם חלק בלתי נפרד מהצוות המקצועי ושותפים מלאים לליבת הפעילות ב"משעולים" – הן בהיבט התפעולי והן בהיבט החינוכי-נוכחותי בחווה.

The work of Tlamim Farm thrives and grows in large part thanks to the dedicated, professional efforts of the Service Year volunteers (Sh"Sh) from the Kibbutz Movement. The young people who come to us are an inseparable part of the professional team and full partners in the core of Misholim's activity — both in operations and in the day-to-day educational, presence-driven life of the farm.

רווחת בעלי החיים: Animal welfare: אחריות יומיומית על טיפול מסור בחיות החווה, מתוך הבנה שהן שותפות מלאות לתהליך. daily responsibility for devoted care of the farm's animals, recognizing them as full partners in the therapeutic process.
תחזוקת המרחב: Caring for the space: טיפוח החווה ושמירה על סביבה נעימה, מזמינה וירוקה עבור כל הבאים בשעריה. maintaining the farm and keeping a warm, inviting, and green environment for everyone who comes through our gates.

בני הנוער שבוחרים להגיע אלינו הם צעירים בעלי מוטיבציה גבוהה ואהבה לטבע, המבקשים לפעול מתוך תחושת שליחות. הם לוקחים חלק פעיל בפרויקטים של צמיחה, סיוע ונתינה, ומביאים איתם רוח של התחדשות ואמונה ביכולת לחולל שינוי דרך מפגש קרוב עם האחר ועם הטבע.

The young people who choose to come to us are deeply motivated and love nature, seeking to act from a sense of mission. They take an active part in projects of growth, support, and giving, bringing with them a spirit of renewal and a belief in the power to create change through close encounter with the other and with the natural world.

עומרי תמרי ז׳׳לOmri Tamari z"l

שנתון 2005 | קומונה י'Class of 2005 | Commune Y

גדל במזכרת בתיה, התגייס לגולני. נפל בפגיעת הכטב״ם בחדר האוכל בבא׳׳ח גולני, ב-13 באוקטובר 2024. בן 19 בנופלו.

Grew up in Mazkeret Batya, enlisted in Golani. Fell in a UAV strike on the Golani base dining hall on October 13, 2024. He was 19 years old.

עומרי, שהיה בשנת שירות בקיבוץ, טיפל בבעלי חיים ועבד עם ילדים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים, גויס באמצע השנה לשירות קרבי בגולני. הוא היה נחוש ומלא גאווה על שירותו הצבאי.

Omri, who was in a service year at the kibbutz, cared for animals and worked with children with special needs, was drafted mid-year for combat service in Golani. He was determined and full of pride in his military service.

גדל בבארי, שירת בסיירת גולני. נפל בצומת שער הנגב בהיתקלות עם מחבלים בבוקר ה-7 באוקטובר 2023. בן 22 במותו.

Grew up in Be'eri, served in Golani Reconnaissance. Fell at the Sha'ar HaNegev junction in an encounter with terrorists on the morning of October 7, 2023. He was 22 years old.

את שנת ההתנדבות בחר לעשות בחווה הטיפולית במרכז תלמים, שם התנסה בעבודה בקרב ילדים ובני נוער עם צרכים מיוחדים, מקום שאפשר לו לבטא את יכולת הנתינה והרגישות הגבוהה לצד אהבתו לבעלי חיים. באותו יום בו נהרג ענבר, נהרג גם אביו בעת הגן על קיבוץ בארי ממתקפת מחבלים.

He chose to do his volunteer year at the therapeutic farm at Tlamim Center, where he worked with children and youth with special needs, a place that allowed him to express his capacity for giving and high sensitivity alongside his love for animals. On the same day Inbar was killed, his father was also killed while defending Kibbutz Be'eri from the terrorist attack.
